Our Story
Bridging the Gap
“Therefore, as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, overflowing with gratitude. – Colossians 2:6-7
Rooted & Renewed Life was birthed from the conviction that faith and science are not enemies—they are two halves of God’s restorative heart. Our founder’s personal journey of healing and spiritual renewal revealed a painful gap: the faith community and the mental health community were often divided, leaving those in pain to navigate the middle alone.
The mission took on a new urgency in 2023. Following the Covenant School tragedy, a singular question was laid before God: How did both the faith and science communities fail to reach this heart? The answer was found in John 1:3. God created all things; therefore, faith and science are not separate, but both spiritual truth and clinical insight are essential for true healing. We are here to ensure that no one has to choose between their faith and their mental well-being.

A Model for Wholeness
Our vision is to become a global model for how the Church responds to mental health. We aren’t just a resource; we are called to destigmatize mental health challenges and equip the Body of Christ with both clinical wisdom and spiritual authority.
We believe that healing requires unity. By unifying the scientific understanding of the brain with the transformative power of the Gospel, we help individuals move beyond survival. Our goal is to see every believer rooted in their identity in Christ and renewed in their mental and emotional well-being, creating a ripple effect of restoration that strengthens families, churches, and entire communities.
We fulfill this vision through:
Education: Our flagship curriculum, A Journey to Truth, integrates neuroplasticity with Scripture to renew the mind.
Access: Connecting individuals to licensed Christian counselors and providing financial assistance for care.
Community: Partnering with schools, youth programs, and organizations like GriefShare to provide support during life’s challenges.
